The friendly staff goes above and beyond to make your stay enjoyable, ensuring you have everything you need. The river view was amazing, something that everyone has to see, truly breathtaking. the staff was nice and kind and also provided us with a lot of information about the region. the facilities were up to the standard, the huts were well equipped and comfortable. the game drive and boat trip were great adventures to experience.
The road was hard to get to and from, pretty much a bumpy, dusty, and long drive.

The breakfast was decent and the complementary airport pick up and drop off was a nice touch. The hotel was also located near public transportation and a few tourist attractions, making it convenient to get around. The view from the rooftop was also pretty cool.
The rooms were small and had a musty smell. The staff was not helpful and did not seem to care about customer service.

Amazing Nile River Views
I stayed in a bungalow-style room at Heritage Safari Lodge and the view of the Nile from my doorstep was absolutely breathtaking. The sunset views were especially beautiful. The room was clean and had a charming safari feel to it. While the internet wasn't great and there was occasionally limited hot water, these minor inconveniences didn't impact my overall experience. I didn't travel to Uganda for luxurious amenities, but rather to immerse myself in the beauty of nature. The friendly staff made my stay even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for its stunning Nile views and reasonable price.

Spent Xmas with family at a lodge near Murchison Falls National Park. Loved the stunning views of the sunset over the river and the outdoor eating area. The independent rooms had a unique safari vibe and were kept clean. Location was perfect for safari-goers too. Another plus was the boat trip with breakfast which was a memorable experience.
Internet wasn't great and had some trouble with hot water during the stay. , power generators were turned off overnight at times.
